By accessing and using AlgoAlpaca, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

AlgoAlpaca offers paid subscription plans ("Pro" and "Family"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for the selected plan.

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
